Application
Applying does not commit you to anything and does not give you a seat. The seat is only secured once the deposit is paid within the deadline in the approval email.
Payments
The deposit is the amount shown for each departure and is due within 72 hours of approval. The balance is due the number of days before departure shown in your account. Without the deposit paid in time, the seat is released.
Cancellation by you
The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is refunded in full if you cancel 60 days or more before departure. After that there is no refund, but you can pass your seat to another approved person.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a departure we refund everything you paid.
During the trip
Each participant is responsible for valid documents, travel insurance and the fitness the programme needs. We may remove from the group anyone who puts the others at risk, without refund.
Changes
The programme can change for safety, weather or decisions by local authorities. We always tell you when that happens.
