What we keep
Email, name and profile photo when you sign in with Google, phone number and your application answers, and your payment history. We do not store card details: online payments are processed by Stripe.
What for
To review your application, organise the trip, talk to you before and during the departure, and meet tax obligations. We do not sell or share data for advertising.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payments, Brevo to send emails, and the local operators of each trip, only what they need to receive you (name and contact).
For how long
As long as you have an account. Payment records are kept for as long as Portuguese tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at the email above. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
